Doug Johnson
Doug joined the company in 2008 after spending 8 years as a commercial pilot. Prior to that, he owned and managed a contract packaging and assembly business for 10 years. With a B.S. in Sales / Marketing and experience in several sales positions, Doug has found his career passion as a Manufacturers’ Representative. He thrives on the challenge of solving issues by bringing customers and principals together. In his spare time, Doug enjoys skiing, biking, and sailing with family and friends.

Todd Frohloff
Todd joined Schroeder Associates in 2015 to serve the Nebraska, Kansas, and Western Missouri territory. Prior to joining the team, he worked throughout the Midwest as a Planner, Purchasing agent, and as an Inside Sales Representative for companies within the manufacturing industry. Todd sincerely enjoys helping people and understanding their organizations to help them grow. In his spare time, you can find him fishing, hunting, or spending time with family and friends.

Tyler Whiley
Tyler joined Schroeder Associates in 2021. He has an extensive background in direct sales and sales management. For the past 10 years, he has worked in Managed Services to help customers find efficiencies in existing processes and workflows. Tyler believes in a customer centric sales process to help identify and add value to his business relationships. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2008 with a degree in business and communications. Tyler lives in the Quad Cities with his wife and 3 boys. They enjoy the outdoors, hiking, and biking as a family.

Matt Mayer
Matt joined the company in 2019. Matt grew up in Fargo, ND, and still lives in Fargo with his wife Heidi. He has been a Manufactures’ Representative for 29 years. He has loved covering SD, ND, MN, MB, and all the people he has gotten to know over the years. Matt feels the people are what makes traveling in his area so enjoyable. Matt loves to golf, hunt and enjoy the lakes with family.

Josh Aberly
Josh joined Schroeder Associates in 2025 as a Territory Sales Manager for Illinois, Indiana, Eastern Missouri, and Eastern Wisconsin. Throughout his career, he has held roles in the steel industry as a Customer Relations Specialist, Large Accounts Manager, Business Development Manager, as well as a Regional Sales Manager. Josh is a firm believer that strong professional relationships are built on trust and transparency. He is always looking to bring value to every opportunity. When not at work, Josh enjoys coaching volleyball teams and everything the outdoors has to offer. Josh resides in his native Chicagoland suburb with his wife and two younger boys.

Amy joined Schroeder Associates in 2009. With over 20 years of experience in professional office positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Amy skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations. As Office Manager, she is responsible for all office procedures and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy and vibrant work environment.

Audra Martin
Schroeder Associates added Audra to the team in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant/Sales Support. She has worked previously as an Interior Designer after graduating from the Art Institute of Colorado. She applies her attention to detail and creative thinking to the work she does for the company. Audra loves to spend time with her two boys, husband, and dog in her spare time.
Amy Johnson
Amy joined Schroeder Associates in 2016 as a Sales Support/ Data Processing specialist. Amy previously worked as an Outside Sales representative in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. After getting her kids off to school full time, Amy decided to get back into the working world, and has loved working with the Schroeder group.
